Jillian Reno is a Probate Department Manager at Shea Law, where she works closely with the department members to assist clients and families through the probate and estate administration process. In her role, Jillian is responsible for case management, drafting probate-related documents, and preparing and filing court documents. Since she joined our team in 2024, she has helped ensure that matters move efficiently through the probate process while providing attentive support to clients during what is often a very difficult and emotional time.

With more than 22 years of legal experience, Jillian brings extensive knowledge, compassion, and professionalism to her work. She is known for her empathetic and caring approach as she takes pride in helping families navigate complex legal matters with confidence and peace of mind. She finds the greatest reward in knowing that her work helps ease burdens for families and allows them to focus on what matters most during challenging life transitions.

Outside of work, Jillian is family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She has a passion for travel and believes in making the most of life’s experiences.
