James Paprocki is a Shea Law attorney who concentrates his practice on estate planning. He advises and assists clients in creating an estate plan that aligns with their goals, financial situation, and family dynamics. This includes drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and deeds. A diligent and dedicated counselor who values the ability to help his clients make a meaningful impact on others’ lives after they are gone, James works hard to push back against the common misunderstanding that estate planning is only for the wealthy.

James graduated from Kalamazoo College in 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Political Science. After graduation, James earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2021. During law school, James focused on business and corporate law. He spent time volunteering at a local Volunteer Income Tax Assistance clinic to help low-income and elderly people file their taxes and served as a judicial intern in Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley’s chambers.

A former college basketball player, James still enjoys both playing and watching basketball. He also enjoys listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
