Heather Gilbert is a Shea Law practice manager who assists attorneys and clients in the estate planning process, providing a seamless experience from start to finish. This includes client communication, scheduling, managing, and updating client information, and ensuring each client’s estate plans are accurate before closing. Her role also includes managing software and building rapport with advisors on behalf of attorneys. A passionate advocate for her clients, Heather is always willing to go the extra mile, especially when it comes to families and their estate plans.

Heather is CNA and CPR/BLS certified. She also holds certifications in cosmetology, personal training, and group fitness.
