Danial Burbar is a Shea Law attorney who concentrates his practice on estate planning and business planning. He helps clients achieve their estate planning goals by preparing and creating wills, various types of trusts, and powers of attorney documents, and he assists clients in their business ventures by creating business entity formation documents, bylaws, stock purchase agreements, and other legal business documents. He regularly reviews and establishes businesses, regulatory licensing, contracts, and other agreements pertaining to his clients’ businesses or professional circumstances. Danial takes a great deal of pride in providing capable, conscientious, and committed service, helping clients articulate and codify their wishes and draft the essential legal documents that will define their business or their legacy.

Prior to joining Shea, Danial owned his own practice as a contracts attorney, continuing a law school concentration on business transactions and corporate law. Danial graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2018.

Outside of work, Danial enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, and watching the latest movies and shows.
