Caroline Swaim is an attorney at Shea Law whose practice centers on guiding clients through the process of building personalized estate plans and preparing the legal documents that bring it to life, including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Caroline builds her practice upon two key principles: comfort and customization. She understands that estate planning is all about leaving a legacy, and that every client’s legacy is unique. Caroline graduated from The Ohio State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2021. After her undergraduate education, she earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School in 2025. In addition to her educational experience, Caroline supports her practice her through her membership of both the State Bar of Michigan and Oakland County Bar Association, where she continues to stay up to date on the legal happenings which affect her clients. Her academic background, combined with her active standing in the Michigan legal community, reflects the dedication and professionalism she brings to each client relationship.

When she is not in the office, Caroline enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, and traveling. She also has a passion for baking and can often be found trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
