John Shea is Shea Law’s Chief Operations Officer. His primary responsibilities include ensuring that revenue quotas are met or exceeded, leading regular team and individual meetings to ensure that all parties are aligned and have the resources needed to achieve their collective goals. He also creates, analyzes, and communicates the metrics and data the firm uses to gauge its progress, and is involved in strategic decision-making, including hiring decisions and capital investments. John creates and reviews the standard procedures and processes used by Shea’s estate planning department, striving to create procedures which not only optimize ROI and allow the firm to run as efficiently as possible, but also create the highest level of client service for the most affordable fees possible.
John has been a member of the Shea Law team for more than 21 years. He got his start with the firm as a part-time clerk recording deeds before moving on to become a Practice Manager. He spent several years in the field before stepping into an executive role in 2014.
John graduated from Liberty University in 2013 where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
