Linda Orow is a Shea Law attorney who works closely with families and individuals on estate planning and business planning matters. Her responsibilities include drafting and filing business documents, business formation, and drafting estate planning documents. A good listener and a patient and attentive counselor, Linda’s attention to detail and organizational skills help her provide her clients with a consistently high level of personal service. She works hard to make sure her clients are protected by ensuring that funds get to the intended beneficiaries, that the right people are designated as guardians for young children and managers for financial and health affairs, and that families can stay out of probate court.
Linda obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management at Wayne State University in 2013 and earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2018. At Cooley Law School, Linda was on the board for the Environmental Law Society, a member of the Saint Thomas More Society, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution teaching assistant for the Honorable Bryan H. Levy.
A loving wife and mom, Linda’s favorite thing to do outside of work is to spend time with her husband and family. She also enjoys taking walks, going on play dates with her younger sister and niece, listening to country music, and volunteering.
I love Dolly Parton’s advice that you should never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life. One of the great joys of working at Shea is that this firm takes that idea very seriously. There is always room for growth and professional advancement and there are always new opportunities to learn, but Shea truly does cultivate a supportive environment that prioritizes family–both in our work and in the lives of our attorneys and team members.
